Client: Property management

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties to support our business growth and accounting team. You will process invoices, transactions, and expenses, as well as update and maintain our accounting database. This position offers a great opportunity to enhance your accounting knowledge and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, daily transactions, and expenses
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department
• Update and maintain the accounting database through data entry and report generation
• Prepare and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
