About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support within Business Operations for multiple Gas Distribution Scheduling locations, working in areas such as Gas Distribution scheduling support, Manager support, or special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase card reconciliation for truck permitting.
  • MDOT permit processing.
  • Processing of Gas Distribution site checks.
  • Processing permit requests for various municipalities.
  • Submission of Miss Dig Tickets.
  • Verbal and written customer communication / coordination for Gas Distribution work.
  • Other similar or related duties.

Qualifications

  • Experience Required: 0 to 1 year's work experience, this is an entry level position.
  • Education Required: High School degree or equivalent.
  • Education Preferred: Some college.
