About the Role:

Job Title: Coordinator/Admin Assistant

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Processing compliance cases
• Splitting between the two managers
• Working on intake forms
• Working on confidential lists
• Process SNOW and CRM documents
• Sending out emails to managers
• Working within a compliance system (more than 1)

Must Haves:

• MS suite
• SNOW
• Excel general proficiency
• Working with NDA work
• Compliance experience (highly preferred)
• Onboarding support

Location : Remote (Seattle, WA)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $45,000- $50,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
