Entry-Level Administrative Professional

Are you looking to launch your career in a dynamic corporate environment? Our company is seeking a motivated, personable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant at our Hauppauge, NY corporate office.

About the Role:
You’ll begin your journey as our front desk receptionist, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to explore tasks in various divisions—including software, design, e-commerce, and more—to discover where your interests and talents align. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and callers in a professional, friendly manner

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Support various administrative tasks as needed

  • Assist different divisions with special projects and tasks

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

  • Restock and keep track of office inventory and supplies

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Value punctuality and reliability

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software tools quickly.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in person at our Hauppauge, NY office

Working Hours, Benefits, Compensation, Location:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm in our Hauppauge, NY office (In-Office position)
