What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate batching equipment to produce concrete according to specifications
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and plant personnel

  • Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with computerized batching systems and basic mechanical aptitude

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
