We are hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (TAs) for the 2025–2026 school year to support K–12 students with special needs. If you have experience in behavior management and a desire to help students succeed, this role offers a chance to make a daily impact.
Join us as a SPED Behavior Technician (TA) and apply your specialized skills to empower students, helping them overcome behavioral obstacles and access their education more effectively within a supportive school framework.
Responsibilities
- Assisting licensed staff in the classroom
- Aid students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP)
- Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning
- Work with individuals and/or small groups when activities and assignments are presented
- Provides support for students in crisis
- Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student's learning experiences and support them as needed
Salary:
Pay: $18 - $21 per hour, paid weekly.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 am - 3:00/4:30 pm (no weekend work).
