What You'll Do:
Provide Expert Guidance: Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with Behavior Therapists and families in home, community, center, and clinic settings.
Collaborate and Thrive: Work as part of a dynamic and dedicated team, participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings.
Develop Personalized Strategies: Create and monitor individual goals and strategies, analyze data to track progress, and attend IFSP and IEP meetings.
Conduct Thorough Assessments: Complete initial and ongoing assessments, manage behavior plans, and participate in regular meetings with caregivers.
What You'll Bring:
BCBA certification and Massachusetts licensure (LABA). Candidates pending MA licensure will also be considered!
Experience working with children.
Strong creative problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
Location: Hybrid remote in Boston, MA. Relocation to Boston, MA before starting work is required.
