Pay: $45.71 - $60.19/hour

Key qualifications :
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of Heavy Construction Equipment, CAT preferred \n - Must be computer proficient to be able to run diagnostic software and prepare service communications
\n - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n - Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems, meet or exceed labor repair guidelines, possesses the ability to plan and efficiently complete assigned tasks
\n - CDL License preferred

Responsibilities: Successfully provide service of recognized superior value \n - Troubleshoot problems
\n - Efficiently utilize resources to correct problems
\n - Document steps taken to correct problems

Maximize the efficient use of service and repair processes to provide fast accurate service and minimize unnecessary expense \n - Plan proper repair procedures for efficiency
\n - Efficiently utilize tooling and technical resources
\n - Continually improve key processes
\n - Effectively communicate status of repair work with supervisor
\n
\n
Successfully contribute towards building a culture of safety through completion of all safety initiatives and demonstrating safe work habits \n - Complete/attend all safety meetings, computer-based safety training, safety audits, and other safety training as assigned
\n - Work in a proactive, safe manner in compliance with all safety practices, policies, and training
\n - Immediately resolve and/or report all safety issues to supervisor
\n - Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with all Contamination Control Initiatives
\n

Physical Requirements: \n - Standing and walking (including on uneven surfaces)
\n - Sitting, body rotation, and forward bending (in both sitting and standing positions)
\n - Lifting up to 60 lbs. (machine or team lift for items over 50 lbs.)
\n - Carrying up to 50 lbs. for short distances
\n - Push/pull tasks requiring up to 75 lbs. of force
\n - Climbing stairs and ladders (including non-standard access points)
\n - Crawling, kneeling (low work), and working in awkward/tight positions
\n - Strong grip strength (up to 80 lbs. with both hands; up to 30 lbs. with one hand)
\n - Hand coordination and overhead/extended reaching
\n - Operating equipment, machinery, foot pedals, and hand tools
\n - Outdoor work as required (exposure to weather and varying environments)
\n - Wearing up to 20 lbs. of PPE, including flame-resistant clothing, welding helmets/shields, and ANSI-rated protective footwear as required
