Locations The Creative Technologist role We seek a Creative Technologist skilled in leveraging generative AI for imagery and video. You will use multiple AI tools—from prompt engineering to model training—to create high-quality visuals for clients. As part of our post-production and creative teams, you will push boundaries in AI-assisted content creation while maintaining brand consistency and commercial viability. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Advanced AI Model Utilization: Employ AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL•E) and interfaces (e.g., ComfyUI) to produce visuals and short videos. Fine-tune and adapt models for specific imagery, ensuring brand consistency. Creative Integration: Collaborate with designers and editors to embed AI assets into final deliverables. Workflow Innovation: Develop and refine AI-driven content creation processes, staying updated on emerging AI tech. Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency: Oversee quality checks on AI outputs to meet creative standards and client expectations across formats. Mentorship & Training: Guide and train junior team members on prompts, model selection, and best practices. Requirements Experience: 3+ years in creative production or AI-focused roles with proven experience in commercial AI-generated content. Technical Expertise: Proficient in multiple AI platforms and workflows; skilled in model training. Creative & Aesthetic Sense: Strong design sensibility aligned with brand styles. Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated experimentation and successful AI solution integration. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for discussing AI concepts with diverse stakeholders. Additional Information Our interview process includes assessments like Excel and typing tests.
