Job Description

Legit Security is a cybersecurity company that provides an enterprise SaaS solution designed to protect an organization's software supply chain from attack, covering both on-premises and cloud resources. The company's mission is to safeguard businesses from the growing threats targeting software supply chains, enabling organizations to build secure software by design. The Director of Channel Partner Management will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with strategic channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, and technology alliances. You will serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring mutual success through enablement, joint business planning, and execution. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant cross-functional impact and visibility. In this role you will: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with Legit Security’s go-to-market objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver effective enablement, training, and joint marketing initiatives. Lead quarterly business reviews with partners, tracking performance metrics and ensuring achievement of mutual goals. Negotiate partner agreements, including terms, incentives, and business plans. Serve as the internal advocate for channel partners, ensuring their needs are addressed and opportunities maximized. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback to inform strategy and product development. Represent Legit Security at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Maintain accurate partner pipeline and forecast in CRM systems. You have: 8+ years of experience in channel partner management, alliances, or business development roles within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software companies. Proven track record of building and scaling successful channel partner programs. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, partner ecosystem, and sales cycles. Strong business acumen with experience in negotiating and managing complex partner agreements. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Experience with partner enablement, joint go-to-market planning, and co-selling strategies. Experience working with global partners and developing international channel strategies. Familiarity with DevSecOps, application security, or software supply chain security solutions. Previous experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM and partner management tools.
