You willbe responsible for a range of product management functions to help deliver criticalMachine Learning and AIcapabilitiesfor Egnyte products.Youwill need to leverage ML/AI toensure the success of Egnyte products’by focusing on adoption and usability. As a key leader in the product management team, you will help define the strategy for Egnyte AI Platform and will be instrumental in taking the Platform to the next level.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Leverage Predictive & Generative AI to solve specific business challenges faced by our customers
  • Work with senior product/technology leaders to define direction for AI powered horizontal and vertical applications
  • Work closely with UI/UX,Engineering and cross-functional teamsanddeliver with quick time-to-marketsolutions
  • Define key product & business metrics and track them
  • Lead, manage, and mentor productmanagers
  • Represent Egnyte externally and drive customer and application integration partnerengagements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of product management with agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience with Machine Learning and AI concepts such as Predictive and Generative AI, NLP, etc.
  • Experience working with Architecture, Engineering and Construction / Financial Services / Life Sciences industry as a plus
  • Experience leading product managers and working with remoteteams
  • Ability to be an active participant in architecture and designreviews
  • Domain expertise in scalable Enterprise Cloud infrastructure, application integration, data governance and security practices preferred
  • Experience building enterprise SaaS software for technical users &buyers
  • Ability to lead discussions with Egnyte customers to define meaningful product enhancements that improve deployments, user experience, andadoption
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution plans with a bias towardsaction
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skill
  • Bachelor (MBA a plus) degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering)

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this positionacross the U.S. is $XXXk - $XXXk annually. Payvaries by work locationand may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge,and/or experience.
