• Interact directly with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide product information and support to customers, ensuring they receive comprehensive answers to their questions.
• Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and improve processes.
• Contribute to creating a positive team environment that fosters mutual support and collaboration.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or similar software.
• Customer service experience, even in a volunteer capacity, is a plus but not required.
• Ability to navigate customer service software and databases effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a positive attitude toward challenges.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
