Sr. Environmental Attorney – California Offices | San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Senior Environmental Attorney with 7–10 years of experience to join its Environmental and Natural Resources Practice across its California offices. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collegial and entrepreneurial environment on complex regulatory and transactional matters affecting major industries and properties across the state and nation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Extensive experience advising clients on environmental regulatory and administrative enforcement matters , including:
• CERCLA
• RCRA
• Clean Air Act
• Clean Water Act
• Related California environmental statutes
• Proven track record managing environmental due diligence , investigations, and transactions involving contaminated property , including site acquisition, redevelopment, and sale.
• Excellent research, analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to advise clients clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrates energy, enthusiasm , and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented practice.
• A consistent record of academic excellence .
• Must be admitted to the State Bar of California .
Compensation:
• The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $315,000 to $345,000 per year.
• Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
