Executive Assistant

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Executive Assistant job in Englewood, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Executive Assistant role. Ideally, you will have previous experience supporting a CFO or an Accounting executive specifically.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $24.00 and $31.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Providing direct support to the CEO, CFO, and corporate accounting team
-Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
-Organizing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
-Arranging travel
-Processing expense reports
-Coordinating events
-Administering corporate credit cards accounts
-Tracking budgets
-Assisting with submitting insurance claims
-Reconciling credit card accounts and expense statements
-Assisting with mechanics Lien processes
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role required
-Previous experience supporting a CFO or another accounting executive preferred
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-Proficiency with QuickBooks and/or Expensify preferred
-Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field preferred
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $24.00 and $31.00
