*Position Overview:*

The Attorney will be responsible for the comprehensive management of family law cases, encompassing:

* Divorce, legal separation, and parentage proceedings
* Allocation of parental responsibilities, spousal maintenance, and child support
* Orders of protection and other related domestic relations disputes

Core responsibilities include:

* Court representation at appearances and hearings
* Drafting and presenting legal motions
* Conducting thorough legal research and sophisticated legal writing
* Facilitating settlement negotiations
* Maintaining proactive and professional client communication

*Candidate Requirements:*

* Juris Doctor degree and active license in good standing with the Illinois Bar
* Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication proficiencies
* Demonstrated strong advocacy skills, unwavering professionalism, and a deep dedication to family law
* Comfortable with various technologies and software.

*Remuneration & Benefits Package:*

The base compensation for this position is anticipated to be within the range of $72,000 to $84,000 annually. Earning potential includes commission determined by case time, and supplementary compensation for attorneys who originate or lead a case. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, educational background, and demonstrated skills.
