Key Responsibilities:
Job Description Summary
Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deliver scalable automation for
enforcing controls programmatically.
Implement and maintain integrations with asset inventories and control mechanisms,
ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Develop tools to provide visibility into control coverage across all Coinbase environments
to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency.
Work closely with security engineers to embed security and compliance requirements
into the development lifecycle.
Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions specific to the Control Automation
Platform.
Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on automation,
back-end or security-oriented tools.
Proficiency in Go.
Experience with debugging or updating control implementation in operational
environments.
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and translate technical
requirements into actionable items.
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with security and compliance frameworks is must to have
Nice to have:
Frontend engineering experience with Next.js or React, including building scalable and performant user interfaces.
