Overview:
Stewards of Recovery, a fast-growing behavioral healthcare company, is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated Analyst to support strategic initiatives across credentialing, finance, operations, and business development. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team with exposure to payor credentialling, marketing, accounting, strategy, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Credentialing & Payer Relations

  • Applicant will manage workflows between the Company and potential insurance payers working to get the Company successfully credentialled with a variety of commercial and government payors. Requires attention to detail, organization skills, and problem solving within the Company. This will include:
    • Coordinate documentation, application tracking, and follow-up with State and Commercial insurance networks.
    • Working with the senior team to implement any needed documentation or process changes required to gain state and payor credentialling.

Marketing & Referral Outreach Support

  • Coordinate staff participation in high-value community events, conferences, and outreach campaigns.
  • Assist in evaluating third-party marketing vendors and digital outreach partners.
  • Contribute to website enhancements and the development of automated email marketing efforts.

Finance & Operations Support

  • Assist in financial reporting, including bonus and hours tracking, cost analysis, and workforce efficiency.
  • Assist in the annual audit process and in our current transition from cash to GAAP reporting.
  • Assist with data analysis for KPI generation and tracking

Special Projects, including M&A

  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and conducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets.
  • Contribute to integration planning and execution for acquired entities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if at least 2 years of relevant work experience and strong skillset. Experience or education focusing on Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Public Health, or related field a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and tech savvy ability to learn new platforms.
  • Experience with design and publishing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop), or similar software used for creating flyers, print materials, and website updates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in behavioral healthcare and mission-driven work.
