Host/Hostess Position

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

• Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
• Provide menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
• Assist servers with taking orders and delivering food when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
• Handle phone calls and make reservations using the POS system
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service
• Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of POS system is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
