Job Description Job Description Our dynamic Law Office is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, punctual and reliable. Must be BI-LINGUAL (Spanish/English) Requirements: 2 years of immigration experience handling: Family-based petitions (I130, I485., DS260, I864, 6018, etc.) Waivers U-visa/VAWA Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with legal case management and project management
• Perform clerical duties such as transcribing documents and maintaining files
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
• Prepare legal documents and assist with legal drafting
• Enter data into case management systems accurately and efficiently
• Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and other parties involved in cases
• Review and analyze contracts and other legal documents

Skills:

• Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
