As an Industrial Cleaner , you'll be a cleanliness hero, making sure our plant stays spotless, safe, and supercharged. You're not just cleaning - you're keeping the gears of the industry turning! What You'll Be Doing: No two days are the same! You'll get to: Tackle the Paint Booths like a pro - scrubbing, shining, and spraying with approved industrial cleaners and consumables. Wipe out overspray on windows, stairs, ceilings, and concrete - bye-bye, grime! Lift and remove metal flooring grates like a champ (yep, we'll show you how). Use cool equipment like pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers - power tools, anyone? Step in to help when others are out - replace filters and work in tight spaces when needed. Report any equipment hiccups and work together with your supervisor to keep things running smooth. Attend safety and training meetings - knowledge is power! You might even hold the keys - locking/unlocking doors as part of your daily mission What You Bring to the Team: You've got the right stuff if you: Have a strong work ethic and eagle-eyed attention to detail. Don't mind getting a little dirty or sweaty - we'll provide the gear (PPE included!). Are cool with climbing ladders and working in tight spaces now and then. Understand verbal and written instructions - you'll be learning new things regularly. Show up on time, every time - we count on you. Can complete safety training like a boss: Ladder Safety, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout - check, check, and check! Physical Requirements: This isn't a desk job! You'll be: On your feet - standing, walking, reaching, handling. Occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs (hello, muscles ). Using your vision to focus in and get the job done right. Your Work Environment: You'll be in the heart of the plant - it might be noisy, and you may come into contact with industrial chemicals or biological hazards (don't worry, you'll be fully trained and protected).
