What We’re Looking For:

A hybrid Industrial Designer / Mechanical Engineer who thrives on full ownership of a product — from sketch to prototype to production. You must be hands-on, self-driven, and obsessed with performance, durability, and style. You see everything — every bracket, line, or fastener — as a chance to raise the bar.

What You'll Do:

• Design and engineer innovative UTV accessories (lighting, racks, interiors, mounts, etc.)
• Own the full product lifecycle: sketch, CAD, prototype, test, and validate
• Create clean, detailed SolidWorks models and production-ready drawings
• Build and iterate prototypes with 3D printing, fabrication, and hands-on testing
• Work closely with engineers, fabricators, and marketing to align vision and execution
• Prioritize real-world durability without compromising aesthetics
• Treat every design like it’s your legacy

Must-Haves:

• SolidWorks mastery — no training wheels
• Hands-on prototyping experience: 3D printing, welding, machining, or fab
• Strong aesthetic sense with an engineer’s discipline
• Deep knowledge of materials, DFM, and tolerance stacking
• Self-motivated with a high standard of personal excellence
• Able to sketch ideas out on paper and digitally,
• Can effectively communicate design ideas through various media to audiences around the world.

Bonus Points If You:

• Can wire and build your own lighting system
• Have welding or CNC experience
• Ride, race, or wrench on anything for fun
• Thrive in fast-moving environments with minimal supervision
• Understanding of how UTVs are used in the real world
