Job Description

Our client, a leader in logistics and transportation, is seeking a Late Freight Truck Coordinator to join their team. As a Late Freight Truck Coordinator, you will be part of the Logistics department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Late Freight Truck Coordinator

Location: Willmar, MN

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 40 hours

What's the Job?

• Maintain late truck email: Communicate late delivery information and provide follow-up correspondence per department procedures.
• Work closely with the Appointment Coordinator to alert necessary personnel of potential late trucks as identified by track and trace.
• Communicate any WM/Sam’s issues with deliveries to the WM vendor Management team.
• Run Wal-Mart appointment verification daily and cross-check AS 400.
• Administer late coding for late customer deliveries and track/report per period.

• Must be detail-oriented.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - data entry.
