We believe in delivering personalized care plans and supporting our patients on their journey to long-term wellness. We are looking for a part time massage therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic and sports massage to patients undergoing corrective chiropractic care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and growing in the chiropractic field, as we strive to offer holistic and integrated treatment plans for our patients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to providing exceptional care.

Job Summary

Massage Therapists will provide therapeutic deep tissue massages tailored to the patient’s needs to help them to create new, healthier muscle holding patterns and to complement their chiropractic adjustments. Massage Therapists are part of the team helping the patient work towards achieving their health goals established in the office.

We are looking for an awesome Massage Therapist to join our office. Applicants must love working in a fast-paced office and embrace a position that will have an active role in patient care. You must have a passion for your own health as well as for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic and sports massage to patients, focusing on pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and overall muscle relaxation.
• Work closely with the chiropractic team to understand each patient’s treatment plan and ensure that massage therapy supports their healing and progress.
• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their comfort and well-being during treatments.
• Be open to learning about chiropractic techniques and how massage therapy can enhance chiropractic care.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately for follow-up and team collaboration.
• Perform massage therapy for up to 90 minutes
• Engage in customer service activities and maintain a positive attitude at all times with patients
• Arrive well before appointments in order to prepare for massage therapy sessions
• Schedule patients for massage therapy sessions
• Call patients to follow-up on missed massage therapy sessions

Requirements

• Valid Massage Therapy License in the state 
• Customer Service experience with one on one interactions.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to be part of a collaborative team environment.
• Interest in learning about chiropractic care and its relationship with massage therapy.
• Ability to adapt and customize treatments based on patient needs.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to high-quality patient care.
