Summary/Objective
The Lighting Designer is responsible for ensuring product quality and safety in the product design, development, and production phases.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers; in addition this role uses standard warehouse equipment such as saws, welders, sandblasters, etc.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to and including 50 pounds. This employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods of time.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time in-office position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel
Occasional overnight travel is expected for this position, 2-3 weeks annually.
