Hello Auto Group is looking for a Lot Porter/Maintenance Worker  at Hello Subaru of Temecula.

This position is a critical support to our sales and service teams. The key responsibilities include keeping the lot neat and orderly and making sure our inventory is displayed professionally.

What You'll Be Doing:

Facilities Maintenance Related Duties:1. Open all sites gates/building and walk sites each morning for any trash, building/site issues, signage check, etc. 2. Sweep top of Mazda and Subaru Service Building parking lots/roofs as well as SSC Lot C Parking Garage and four stairwells weekly; and as needed after windy days. 3. Be mindful and pick up trash found on all three sites if found.4. Clean Mazda Service Canopy Entrance ceiling of cobwebs as needed.5. Move tire waste from Mazda shop into storage room located under Mazda vehicle ramp to roof for tire hauler pick up on Thursdays.6. Check and sign off on all fire extinguishers monthly.7. Perform minor handyman duties (i.e. replacing bulbs, hanging signs, assembling products, minor repairs, etc.)8. Spot check restrooms for paper and soap needs, cleanliness, and repairs9. Keep showroom/lobby snack and beverage counters stocked. 10. Show Facilities Service Providers to areas that require repairs and or maintenance as requested. 11. Assist Facilities Management as needed with minor requests related to keeping buildings and sites clean, safe and appealing to customers. Must be able to lift up to 40 pound tires.

• Keep dealership lots neat and orderly, moving cars in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Maintain inventory appearance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows etc. as needed.
• Maintain inventory performance: replenish vehicle fluids and fuel as needed and replace batteries when necessary.
• Start vehicles daily and report any problems or concerns.
• Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to customers as directed by management.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls and parking lot as needed.
• Receive vehicles from the transporter and safely transfer them into inventory.
• Ensure that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
• Other tasks as assigned.
