Marketing AssistantAt Videra Health, we're transforming healthcare through conversational video-based AI and advanced analytics. As our Marketing Assistant, you'll coordinate tradeshow logistics and related events, while also publishing impactful content across our blog, website, and LinkedIn, as well as assisting in the continued growth of our client base. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-focused team player, early-career professional seeking to expand their marketing skills and get hands-on experience in the AI healthcare industry. You'll blend organization, creative problem-solving, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving smoothly. Responsibilities Tradeshow Support and Management Plan and execute tradeshow logistics including schedules, vendor coordination, booth setup, and material preparation. Coordinate events such as executive breakfasts, dinners, and networking gatherings. Support sales team with prospect list building and data enrichment. Manage pre and post-event communications and follow-up campaigns. Track event ROI and lead capture effectiveness. Marketing Operations Support Publish updates and content across digital channels - website, blogs, social media, etc. Maintain and organize marketing assets (digital files, emails, ads, promotional items, printed materials, etc.). Review and update marketing content for brand adherence, consistency and quality. Assist with sales enablement content and collateral development. Coordinate production and delivery of printed materials and marketing swag. Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution. Support other marketing initiatives as needed to meet team goals. Qualifications & Skills Experience in event planning, marketing, or related work (school projects, internships, or volunteer work welcome). Strong work ethic, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented when challenges arise. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks. Exceptional attention to detail and consistent follow-through. Clear and effective written and verbal communication. Comfortable with or eager to learn software that may include: Hubspot, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Canva, Slack, and Google Workspace. Must be available to work in-office regularly, with a car, valid driver's license and current car insurance for errands.
