Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Billing & Coding Specialist, located in Worthington, OH. The Specialist will be responsible for processing medical billing and coding tasks, including reviewing and coding medical records, handling denials, and managing insurance claims. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ICD-10 coding standards and handling Medicare billing processes efficiently. The Specialist will work closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Insurance processes
• Experience with Denials management and Medicare billing
• Proficiency in ICD-10 coding standards
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Worthington, OH
• Previous experience in medical billing and coding is preferred
• Certification in medical billing and coding is a plus
