Job Description: Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change Promote credit and loyalty programs Follow merchandising philosophy and procedures Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor Participate in store recovery and maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization standards Provide and accept recognition and feedback Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For: You.
