**Description** **Specialization:** Neurosurgery **Job Summary:** **Neurosurgical team in Riverside, California is seeking a PA or NP to join a busy and growing practice** **Qualified Candidates:** + Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Certification + Day shift coverage + Surgical First Assist experience is preferred + Our levels of expertise include, Intracranial: trauma, brain tumors, general vascular, shunts and drains, and stroke care when needed. Spine: comfortable with acute spine fracture mgt (cervical, thoracic, and LS spines) at a minimum the surgical treatment of unstable burst fx.s, Neurosurgical management of Degenerative Spine disorders. (We have both Stryker Q-guidance and Medtronic Stealth O-arm neuronavigation systems). Our group has Complex/deformity (adult and pediatric) spine, Functional (DBS), and Pituitary Neurosurgeons/strong ENT alliance with skull base specialists on board and are available for collaboration and joint management as needed. **Job Description:** + Assist with rounding on inpatient service and coordinating care with other service lines + First assist in OR + Assist in outpatient setting with pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care **Incentive/Benefits Package:** + Exceptional base salary plus bonuses + Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401k + Relocation assistance + Salary range is 140K-180k **About Riverside Community Hospital:** Located in the Greater Los Angeles area, Riverside Community Hospital has been a leader in the community since 1901.
