Now Hiring: LPN or RN – Pediatric Home Care
Location: Sedgwick, KS & Surrounding Areas

At Phoenix Home Care & Hospice, we’re looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to care for children and young adults with special needs. A Day in the Life:
You’ll provide personalized nursing care, including medication administration, g-tube, trach, and vent care (training provided), while helping children and families feel supported in their day-to-day lives. You'll work independently but never alone—our team is always just a phone call away.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver care based on the individualized plan of care and physician’s orders
Monitor and document patient condition and progress using electronic charting
Communicate changes in condition to the appropriate personnel
Educate and support family members and caregivers
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education
Requirements
Active LPN or RN license
A compassionate, patient-focused approach
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently with confidence
A professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
