Location: Overland Park, KS & Surrounding Areas

Who You’ll Be Helping:
Our clients are incredible kids and young adults living with complex medical conditions. You’ll provide care that includes (but isn’t limited to):
Administering medications
G-tube, trach, and ventilator care
Monitoring vital signs and overall condition
Supporting families with education and resources
We provide all the training you need—whether you’re experienced or just getting started in pediatric home care.

What You’ll Do:
Help develop, review, and revise the plan of care
Deliver care in line with physician orders and patient needs
Observe and document changes in condition and treatment response
Communicate with the care team and family to ensure consistent, quality care
Attend staff meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities
Use electronic charting to document care provided
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
Active LPN or RN license in Kansas
Strong communication and time management skills
A positive, team-focused attitude
Passion for working with children and families in a home environment
