Qualifications:

Who We're Looking For:

Valid Physical Therapy License in Illinois or eligibility to obtain one (Required).
A least 1 year of licensed experience in Pelvic Health, required. Experience working with Male Pelvic Health cases, highly preferred.
Enjoys treating orthopedic patients alongside their specialty focus
Values mentorship, teamwork and continuous learning
Builds genuine relationships with patients and colleagues
Pay Range: USD $83,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
