Overview

As the Production Supervisor for DuraMag (Aebi Schmidt Group Brands) based in Waterville, ME, you will enjoy managing and providing direction to team members with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement for the company’s various product lines.

1st Shift – Monday – Thursday – 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Friday OT as necessary

Core Responsibilities

Lead and coach production staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
Schedule shifts, manage staffing plans, and oversee training and hiring
Conduct team meetings to communicate KPIs and performance updates
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Monitor inventory, scrap, and reject processes for efficiency
Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, HR, and purchasing
Support 5S initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Five or more (5+) years of manufacturing experience and proven leadership skills
Personnel management experience
Expertise supervising/managing a team in a vehicle assembly line environment (Preferred)
A track record of planning and handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Intermediate computer skills
Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
Robust communication and organizational skills

What Makes You Stand Out

Associate or Technical degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Preferred)
