Job Description
Hospital in Lakewood, CO is looking for a Telehealth Diagnostic Radiologist to help with coverage for their Therapeutic Radiologist to cover GI Tumor Boards until they find internal coverage.
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- Oct 6 & 20
- Nov 3 & 17
- Dec 1 & 15
- 6:30a-7:30a, may be up to 2 hours per day.
- Support currently is needed for 3-6 months, with the potential of longer dates due to negotiations with hospital leadership.
Details:
- Therapeutic Radiologist to cover GI Tumor Board
- Setting: Clinic
- Duties: Reviewing imaging and pathology to help stage disease and asses treatment options. Collaborating with other specialists (medical oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, etc) to create a cohesive, personalized treatment plan.

EMR Required Training:
- Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
- EMR Virtual training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day.
- All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation:
- What are the # of years of epic experience they have?
- When was the last time (MM/YYYY) that they used Epic?
- What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?
- Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated? - Please add photo into documents.
- Can you disclose the provider's time zone for scheduling the virtual epic training?
- We need the provider's best phone # to use for call shifts while working. Can you disclose?
- We need the provider's best email, to use for programs while working onsite and the preapplication. Can you please send us their personal email address?

- Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less ? No
Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:
- Adult Patients
- Resident or Teaching supervision required? No
- Providers will be sent a laptop from CommonSpirit Health and will be required to work from that laptop. Site is unable to send information via a cloud based system.
- What types of scans will the providers read? Gastroenterology (GI)
- What type of equipment will be used and will it be provided? The equipment for reading scans is through PAC software which will be installed on the laptop provided.
- Clean MP/background is requirement for the team for any locum candidates.

- Board Certified Diagnostic Radiology - Required
- Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
- Candidates must detail if they have experience with GI/Colorectal reads as these candidates will be placed with higher priority - Required

- Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
