About the Role:
True North Title is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to handle real estate closings and file intake coordination . This hybrid role involves guiding customers through closing paperwork while ensuring accurate contract data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct closings with professionalism, explaining documents clearly
• Input and verify details from real estate contracts
• Manage paperwork, printing, emails, and basic office technology
• Use Outlook and transaction software to track files and communicate with all parties
• Answer phones and assist with general inquiries in a professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with real estate closings (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Comfort with Outlook and transaction management systems
• A professional, personable approach with customers
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively
