Job Description
Seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee the total operations of a fast-food restaurant. Must be a confident decision-maker as well as a thoughtful people-first leader. The ideal candidate will know how to balance the development of people while increasing profits. Must have experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR) or fast-food.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all facilities management, store equipment, including calibrations, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Supervise and coordinate all FOH & BOH activities
Recruit, hire, train, and development of Hourly Team Members & Managers
Can perform all management functions, including opening, transition and closing shifts
Develops and implements action plans for building sales
Controls labor, waste, and cash according to budget
Reconciles monthly P&L with accounting
Ensures completion and posting of Team Member’s schedules, on time, utilizing Labor Scheduling process
Demonstrate passion and commitment to employees and guests
Q ualifications:
Minimum 5 years Management Experience, preferable quick-service or fast-food
Proven track record in leading and developing people
Experience creating action plans for the development of Management Team
Experience using food ordering systems (POS)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and a Driver’s License.
Excellent written and communication skills
