General Manager - Full-Service Restaurant

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Core Responsibilities

• Leadership: Oversee daily operations, managing FOH and culinary managers to maintain excellence in service and food quality.
• Team Development: Inspire, train, and mentor a team of over 30 staff members, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
• Financial Management: Drive performance to achieve operational goals in a $2.5M annual sales setting.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has an outstanding visit, fostering loyalty and building lasting relationships.
• Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety, food quality, and sanitation standards.

• Proven leadership experience in a full-service restaurant setting.
• Strong ability to manage and support both FOH and kitchen managers.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leader who can balance strategy and day-to-day operations seamlessly.
