We are seeking a seasoned and technically proficient Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our client's Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in the data centers industry and a deep understanding of advanced Salesforce best practices, customization, and data management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the management and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and optimal system performance. Design and implement complex Salesforce customizations to meet the specific needs of the data centers industry. Develop and manage advanced workflows, validation rules, and custom solutions. Oversee data imports, data cleansing, and data migration tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Create and maintain sophisticated reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations and decision-making. Provide expert-level user support and training to ensure effective and efficient use of Salesforce. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative Salesforce solutions. Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the platform's continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Proven experience in the data centers industry. Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification preferred. Strong technical skills in Salesforce customization, data management, and reporting. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and lead projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning. Knowledge of data center operations and technology. Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
