Job Description:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities
- Experience with various testing methodologies and tools
- Ability to create and maintain test data
- Experience with data migration and integration testin
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce features, integrations, and customizations
- Experience in Selenium is required
- Perform regression testing to ensure stability after bug fixes. Identify and document defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Manage QA processes and ensure adherence to best practices
- Drive the development and implementation of QA strategies and plan
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality
- Communicate test results and findings effectively to stakeholders

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce QA engineers & Testers
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,20,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
