Salesforce Quality Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities: - Currently holds Secret clearance or is able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Identify and fix software defects and improve the quality of the Salesforce application and services.
Analyze and understand Salesforce system requirements and features
Design and execute detailed test plans and scenarios for intended functionalities
Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs or errors found during testing
Perform manual testing of Salesforce application and services
Execute automated testing using test automation tools and scripts
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during testing
Work closely with the development team to ensure that the software meets the defined quality standards
Verify the fixes of resolved bugs and ensure they function correctly without any side effects
Communicate regularly with the project team to provide updates on the quality status of the project
Perform regression testing when changes are made to the Salesforce system
Contribute to the improvement of testing procedures and strategies
Requirements
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the Salesforce service or product.
Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
Collaborate with Salesforce development team to ensure consistent project execution.
Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
Identify any potential problems that users might encounter.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Proven work experience as a Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other CRM software
Experience in project management and QA methodology
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
