As an ecommerce company, almost all of a customers interactions with Wayfair and our Specialty Retail & Luxury Brands (Joss & Main, AllModern, Birch Lane, and Perigold) are digital. Thats where the Offline Marketing team comes in: we visually tell each brands story in print & other offline mediums, offering a physical touchpoint in an otherwise online experience. Millions of customers already interact with our existing offline ads (largely in print) each month, and our team plays a critical role in inspiring our customers, driving them back to site, and ultimately ordering that perfect piece for their homes.
As a Senior Analyst on the team, you will have the opportunity to drive the strategy, execution and performance of an offline channel in a high-visibility role. Youll make a large impact on one of our brands through innovative testing and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate is strong in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, has excellent written and verbal communication, is results-driven, and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
