ACE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, founded in 2000 in Denver, Colorado, to provide low-income children with equal access to quality K-12 private schools through partial scholarship support. Over the past 25 years, ACE has delivered more than 100,000 scholarships. This school year, ACE will serve more than 14,000 children in Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Wyoming, and Hawaii, and is actively pursuing other expansion opportunities. Position Overview:
The Senior Event Planner & Production Manager will play a critical role in leading the planning, production, and execution of a wide variety of high-impact events across all ACE Scholarships markets. This includes board meetings, cocktail receptions, large-scale fundraising galas, and additional mission-driven events.
This role combines traditional event planning responsibilities with creative content development and live production execution. The ideal candidate will be both strategically minded and operationally excellent, someone who thrives on managing multiple timelines while crafting compelling guest experiences.
You’ll work closely with the National Events Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each event—from vision to execution—are delivered with excellence, creativity, and efficiency.

Travel Requirements
Approximately 10-15% travel, supporting 5–10 out-of-state events annually.
Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 salary (DOE) and benefit package, including health, dental and vision insurance; 401(k), with corporate match; plus other benefits.
