We are a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Plano, TX, focused on delivering innovative software solutions to enterprises across the globe. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a data-driven and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst to join our high-performing finance team.

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering across departments—particularly Sales. You will analyze business performance, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making as the company scales rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Analyze sales performance, commission structures, pipeline trends, and customer acquisition metrics
• Develop and maintain financial models to support SaaS metrics, revenue forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Track key SaaS KPIs such as ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, and customer cohort behavior
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership to drive business performance
• Assist with board reporting, investor relations, and ad hoc analysis
• Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
• Experience in sales finance or supporting sales organizations is highly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, or other BI platforms is a plus
