We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to set and meet financial goals and other success metrics for Ontada’s suite of Market Research services offered to Life Science Companies, develop and execute a business plan including identifying the customer needs and market dynamics, assess and evolve the product positioning, establishing pricing strategies, define the product line strategy roadmap, while delivering high-quality services. This role involves providing subject matter expertise and consultative guidance to the sales team and customers, engaging, and collaborating with various stakeholders within Ontada and McKesson, and deliver market research services, including the development of feedback collection tools, leading customer feedback group or individual sessions, analytics and feedback summaries, and logistic planning. Key Responsibilities include Strategic Planning & Business Leadership, End-to-End Project Oversight, Project Planning and Execution, Professional and Consulting Services, Commercial Enablement & GTM Planning, and Customer Insights Development. Minimum Requirements include 7+ years of experience in market research, analytics, and market research tools/software, B2B experience preferred, oncology or life sciences industry a plus, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Critical Requirements include product ownership mindset, expertise in qualitative and quantitative market research, pharmaceutical focus group facilitation, customer insights extraction, analytical skills, project management, and client management. Specialized knowledge in Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, and Asana is preferred. Education requires a Bachelor's degree, with a Master’s degree preferred. Working conditions include remote work with occasional travel up to 25%. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship. Compensation includes a base pay range of $121,300 - $202,100 plus potential bonuses and incentives.
