We are in search of a highly motivated SEO Specialist who wants to work and grow in a supportive and dynamic environment alongside a team of professionals with a passion for driving client success. As an SEO Specialist, you will work with our team of digital marketing experts to help our clients reach their business goals by: Developing SEO strategies that align with client objectives Conducting keyword research and increasing search rankings for high-value search terms. Conducting website audits and fixing technical issues Auditing and optimizing existing content Assisting other team members with various SEO tasks Working with the Content team to provide topic recommendations and review new content for optimal SEO value Providing SEO recommendations for new website builds and assisting with SEO related tasks for pre- and post-launch processes Analyzing data using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and more Implementing measurement strategies through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity Staying up to date with SEO industry trends, sharing knowledge with team & incorporating valuable findings into account work Attending client meetings to present SEO analysis and recommendations And much more Our ideal candidate possesses the following: 1-3 years of relevant experience or training (agency experience preferred but not required) Familiarity with various SEO & analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Business Profiles, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog (experience with all of these not required) Experience or interest in GEO/AIO optimization A genuine passion for SEO and serving clients The ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Enjoys new challenges and learning from them Wants to work with a very collaborative team Salary : $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience Benefits at Perrill Aside from on-the-job training and growth opportunities, you'll also experience a plethora of other benefits working at Perrill, including: A fun, team-oriented culture built on positive and winning teamwork Flexible hours and work from home opportunities A modern, state-of-the-art office space designed for both collaboration and individual success (if you ever prefer being in an office) Competitive salary plus medical and dental benefits Unlimited PTO 401(k) with matching Challenging and rewarding career growth Professional development opportunities Are you ready to improve your SEO skills, work with exciting brands, and grow in your digital marketing knowledge alongside a team of professional marketers?
