Python with AI Engineer to join their team in multiple locations.
Job Description:
- AI/ML Engineer (Python)
- Client is seeking talented and passionate Python, R, AI/ML Engineers to join client’s growing team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Candidates will be responsible for designing, developing agentic solutions, and integrating these capabilities into client’s existing systems.
- Candidates will have the opportunity to research and implement new AI/ML techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agentic frameworks for autonomous problem-solving and task execution.
- Integrate Gen AI capabilities into existing software systems and workflows.
- Conduct research and experimentation with new AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and scale AI solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages is required.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks like AutoGen, Langchain, LangGraph etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with GenAI models like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience developing with Python
- Python coding
- Python/Machine Learning
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Java and/or SAS programming language
- Experience in using copilot and building custom solutions within copilot
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Pay Range: $70 - $75/HR on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
