Marketing & Storytelling: Develop compelling marketing campaigns and storytelling strategies to amplify collaborations across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Budget & Performance Management: Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report on the impact of collaborations in driving brand and business growth.
Industry & Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging brands, cultural movements, and competitor collaborations to inform strategy.
7+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or collaborations within fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
Proven track record of executing successful brand partnerships and collaborations.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from ideation to execution.
Strong understanding of social-first marketing and how to engage digital-first consumers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
