About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You’ll own the candidate lifecycle — from sourcing and outreach to submittals and placements — while partnering closely with account managers to deliver top-tier recruiting strategies. This role requires hustle, creativity, and a consultative mindset to win talent in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles across engineering, manufacturing, automation, and related industries.
Manage full-cycle recruiting, ensuring an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Write compelling job postings and leverage multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, Bullhorn, referrals, networking) to attract talent.
Build and maintain hotlists of active candidates to stay ahead of client demand.
Partner with account managers to qualify requirements, align on strategies, and deliver on client expectations.
Track and update candidate activity in Bullhorn CRM with accuracy and consistency.
Meet and exceed weekly recruiting KPIs (calls, submittals, FTFs, placements).
Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, offering resume feedback, interview prep, and career guidance.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house; technical preferred).
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Competitive, metrics-driven mindset with a desire to exceed goals.
Experience using an ATS/CRM (Bullhorn experience a plus).
Familiarity with technical or skilled trades industries is a strong plus.
Coachable, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environment.
