About the Role:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level as a Technical Recruiter? We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Entry-Level Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you’ll help connect exceptional engineering talent with top companies, ensuring both candidates and clients have a seamless experience. You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a perfect match for both. Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and actively reach out to top-tier hardware and software engineering talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Candidate Engagement: Screen, interview, and assess candidates for a wide range of technical roles. Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the hiring process, ensuring a great experience for candidates.
• Account Manager: Partner closely with account managers to understand client staffing needs. Work with account managers to develop clear job descriptions and create tailored recruitment strategies to meet specific requirements.
• Candidate Placement: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement. Ensure timely and successful hiring of candidates.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for both candidates and account managers, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve Targets: Drive results by meeting and exceeding placement targets and other recruitment metrics.
What You Bring to the Table:
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but your drive and determination to connect the right talent with the right opportunities matter most.
• Strong curiosity about the technical field and an eagerness to learn and grow in recruiting engineers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to take initiative and work proactively to meet recruitment goals.
