What You Will Do

• Assist customers with their taxes using TurboTax products, providing advice, full-service return prep, tax calculations, and handling inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role utilizing video communication tools, with documentation of interactions.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with extensive tax knowledge and PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxes and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, professional and friendly communication via video/audio tools.

What You Need

• Reliable internet meeting security criteria.
• Available to work at least 20 hours/week over three or more days.

Competitive pay based on location, with potential bonuses and benefits. Pay ranges vary by state, e.g., California: $27.80 - $35.50/hr, Minnesota: $23.80 - $29.30/hr.
